Vikas Kumar is the Managing Director at Guardians Security & Facilities Pvt Ltd with an overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the company’s offerings. A post graduate in Business Administration with more then 17 years of experience with Corporates like Genpact, Cognizant, CSC & Deloitte. He holds a degree in Criminology and his last stints include, setting up and spearheading the growth in security and IFM business at Capital Protection Force Pvt Ltd.

An active member of Central Association of Private Security Industry (CAPSI), The Association of Private Security Agencies (APSA), is well networked and highly successful in implementing business process improvements, optimizing business procedures in security and integrated facilities management, Human resource management, global workforce management, workforce planning, people management and operations management.
